Geschmacks- und Texturerlebnisse, nicht um schnöde Fleisch-

Imitationen. Zu den Zielgruppen zählen eingeschworene Vegetarier
und Veganer genauso wie neugierige Flexitarier. Mit neuen oder
wieder entdeckten Pflanzen und kühnen Kombinationen heben die
Köche die Pflanzenküche auf ein neues Level: Löwenzahn, Kohl

und Rote Bete stehen genauso auf dem Küchenplan wie Pilze,
Kürbis und Blüten.
