La capa exterior, es de acero inoxidable con componentes ferríticos, lo que la
convierte totalmente compatible con las cocinas de inducción.
Los mangos están fabricados en acero Inoxidable 18/10 y recubiertas
con un protector térmico de silicona para facilitar un agarre perfecto y seguro.

La couche extérieure est en acier inoxydable avec des composants ferriques, ce
qui lui permet d’être totalement compatible avec les cuisinières à induction.
